Thanks so much for the prompt response...I'm grateful for that.  BTW, I don't know if you remember, but we're the couple from Brooklyn, NY who first found you in the York Farmer's Market a couple of years ago, and we then stopped by to visit you in your new shop last year.  (We come down to York once a year to visit friends...)

And you're still the only place we buy our candles from, and we've ordered a bunch for gifts for friends and relatives, so we're definitely doing our part
to keep you a going concern.  And since we can tell all our friends and
relatives that not only is your product the best anywhere, but your customer
service is tops, I'm hoping we can all keep you in business for as long as
you want to be kept there.

  I am very pleased with the unicorn.  I will tell my friends about
your site :)  It seems as though everyone around me is getting into tart
warmers these days.. My sister told me she has twelve, and from the sounds of
it, she doesn't have one even close to the unicorn..   Thank you for the
little blueberry votive, it smells wonderful. I will give out the cards you
sent too.. I'm going to take them to work and get the girls to checkout your
website.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my product that I just purchased from you.  I have been searching for an Angel tin tart warmer and could not find one.  I was searching the web and clicked on your web site and the first tart warmer I saw was an Angel one.  The exact one I was looking for.  I ordered it on line on a Friday and add the product on Monday.  I was so impressed!!!!  I was a bit nervous ordering something over the internet.  I was also nervous because you are out of state for me and I never heard of your company.  But I am so pleased.  I just wanted to thank you for the quick service and great product. I just want you to know that the merchandise I ordered from you is
excellent!!!  One of the orders was a gift for a friend who just learned she has
cancer.
When I called to check on her - she told me how wonderful her gift of the
electric tart warmer was and she was burning the orange spice tart right then! 
The other order was for me ( I couldn't resist!) and I LOVE the burner and the
orange spice tart!  Thank you so much for such prompt service.  I will be
