Our
Return Policy
Non-defective merchandise: We will accept
unused
item in its original package for up to 48 hours from day of
receiving package. If
item has been opened and appears to have been used, we can not issue a
refund) A 15%
re-stocking
fee will be charged to the customer. Customer responsible for all
shipping charges. Before returning any product, you will need to email
us for an approval return number, must be included in package
returned. When we have received approved returns, we will then issue
you a refund for purchase price minus 15% re-stocking fee will
be deducted.
It is advised to insure all returns to us that is glass or breakable
items. We can not issue refunds for damaged items returned to us
without insurance.
